Product features

 

Strong & Protective Fan System

The fan sucks in cold air, via the inside heat exchanger, blows out warm/hot air.

 

The fan also functions as the heat exchanger's protector. It keeps sucking in cold air until the exchanger's temperature drops to the setting.

 

 

Original Heat Exchanger

The inside exchanger's material is 304 stainless steel; wholly sealed- safe and durable; the reference service time is five years.

 

Long-Distance Heat Transfer

Two-pieces air hoses come with model GRH5000 heater. Each air hose is three-meter.

 

Waste Oil System

Integrated waste oil system- oil storage & heating tank, pump & filter system, burner, deodorization device are already on the heater.

Less oil consumption: GRH5000 heater consumes 6-7 Liter oil per hour.

 

Intelligent Waste Oil Burner Control

 

 

Air Compressor System

Each working period uses 2 bar compressed air, which takes one minute thirty seconds-thirty seconds to raise compressed air from 5 to 7 bar, the left one minutes for burner's consumption. After compressed air reduces to 5bar, the air compressor starts to work again.

 

 Installation Example

Our waste oil heater has many applications,can be used both indoor and outdoor.
Such as garage,workshop,factory,poultry house,greenhouse,drying kiln,tunnel,stadium,snow melt,warm airplane engine etc.

 
Smoke Instructions

1. The chamber's chimney connector is 100% sealed with asbestos pads and flanges. So there is impossible to smoke leakage indoors.

 

    With the correct setting, the heater can have no smoke outdoor as well. If the smoke happens, the first thing you should do is remove the burner from the heater/chamber and try it alone. DO NOT continue burning with the smoke happening.

 

2. Smoke caused by inefficient combustion-

    When you use waste oil, there is smoke; please increase compressed air & narrow the burner's air flap to help the burning.       
 

3. Smoke caused by bad oil quality-

    Fire the burner alone. With the above two adjustments, the burner still has smoked. The possible cause is bad oil quality.

 

4. Smoke caused by the chamber's residual oil-

    If the burner fails to fire, it can only inject oil into the chamber- The remaining inside oil produces smoke.

    Sometimes there is not much residual oil; it can disappear with the burning process.

    But if there is much residual oil, it will not disappear during the burning. It would be best if you cleaned the chamber at this stage.
