        Automatic Broiler Chick Chicken House Spray Disinfection System

This system effectively:
1. Cools;
2. Humidifies;
3. Dedusts and disinfects the chicken house   (the temperature is quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes)

Working principle

Based on principle that the water adjust the climate in natural world, atomization cooling is to purify the water through the filter, then convey the water into high-pressure nozzle after pressurization by high-pressure pump,make fog particiles mixed with the ambient hot air to absorb a large quantity of heat, and evaporate the fog particles by the air to accelerate the flow of the air at the same time to make the temperature of the ambient air quickly reduced, thereby achieving the aim of temperature reductin. In summer, when temperature of poultry house is high, the atomization cooling system can reduce room temperature by 3-8 centigrade within a few minutes.

Main application

Refrigeration and Humidification:
Water pressure at the pipe mouth can reach 70bar after the water is sprayed from high-pressure nozzle, and sprayed water is atomized and quickly dispersed to absorb the beat, thereby achieving the effect of temperature reduction and humidification.
Sprayed water fog can purify dust in air during descending.

At same time, water soluble disinfection drugs can be added into the spray to achieve the effect of the disinfection with chickens.
The atomization system is a best use product for disinfection with chickens.
