Working stage:                 
 

(I) Burner drives fan to work

Description,

Power on, switch on the emergency start button. If the fan's temp is lower than the setting, then the burner starts to work.

 

Burner's working process is oil pump→heating(4minutes)→fan→ignit e→fire.

 

Fire keeps heating the exchanger inside, the fan's temp rises up. When reaching the set temp, the fan starts to suck in cold air, blow out warm air.

 

Test result,

From plug until the fan starts to function, takes a total of 4 minutes 15 seconds

 

(II) Fan blows out hot air

Description,

Switch on. Set the room temperature. It needs to be higher than the room's current temp. Burner starts to work fully automatically-inject fire to the exchanger, cold air in, circulates, hot air out from the window shades.

 

When the room's temp reaches the set temp, the burner stops working automatically.

When the room's temp drops to the set temp, the burner will be back to work again

 

(III) Fan protective system

 

Description,

 

The room's temp continues to rise. When it reaches the set temp, the burner stops working. While the fan still works, suck in cold air to cool down the heat exchanger.

When the fan's temp drops to the set temp, the blower stops working.

Malfunction Alarm System

If the burner malfunctions, there will come an alarm sound. When this happens, please power off, remove the burner from the chamber, and find the cause.

Smoke Instructions

1. The chamber's chimney connector is 100% sealed with asbestos pads and flanges. So there is impossible to smoke leakage indoors.

 

    With the correct setting, the heater can have no smoke outdoor as well. If the smoke happens, the first thing you should do is remove the burner from the heater/chamber and try it alone. DO NOT continue burning with the smoke happening.

 

2. Smoke caused by inefficient combustion-

    When you use waste oil, there is smoke; please increase compressed air & narrow the burner's air flap to help the burning.       
 

3. Smoke caused by bad oil quality-

    Fire the burner alone. With the above two adjustments, the burner still has smoked. The possible cause is bad oil quality.

 

4. Smoke caused by the chamber's residual oil-

    If the burner fails to fire, it can only inject oil into the chamber- The remaining inside oil produces smoke.

    Sometimes there is not much residual oil; it can disappear with the burning process.

    But if there is much residual oil, it will not disappear during the burning. It would be best if you cleaned the chamber at this stage.
